Warren Roofing, LLC guarantees their workmanship to be leak free for five (5) years under normal weather conditions from completion date. The warranty shall protect the owner from roof leakage for a period of five (5) years, beginning from the date of completion of the project. Warren Roofing, LLC is not responsible for roof leaks in areas other than those worked on. This would include any flashing not replaced at the time of reroof.
